Hi, I’m Alice
Registered Art Therapist AThR (she/her)
I believe we all deserve to live a life that is nourishing. My drive for providing therapy is sustained by seeing people learn about and accept themselves, and return to a positive relationship with self and others.
My approach is curious and compassionate, placing high importance on safe relationships as the foundation for therapeutic change. As a registered art therapist, my approaches can include creativity as a tool for expression, particularly where words fall short.
My passion area is working with parent/child dyads to improve communication and relationships. I hope to share enthusiasm about the role that the creative arts, the body and family systems play in recovery and well-being.
